Neom Construction Villages –SAJ has been selected as Full PMC for two projects with Nesma Group.
Nesma Group was awarded two construction villages in Neom , the first one to house 10,000 Person at Ras shikh Hameed and the second one to house 5,000 Person near Hakil city at gulf of Aqaba.
The two projects total 2.6 Billion Saudi Riyal for construction , the projects to be constructed and operated till 2030 including operation and maintenance.
Nesma Has selected SAJ company to be their PMC at both sites and to supervise and manage the contractors .
The construction villages contains 4 different types of housing levels and all related services like restaurants, shopping malls recreations buildings , swimming pools sport fields and medical center ,in addition to all services and power /utility systems in a modern setup that focus on the relaxing environment for the residents.
JUTHOR – for Paper tissue – A Subsidiary of MEPCO
SAJ has been selected as Full PMC
First stage out of three stages to build world class facility producing high quality paper tissue, maintaining MEPCO leadership in the industry and shifting towards modernization and greener production process.
This first stage can produce 60 000 ton per year of variety of tissue products responding to market requirements and changes. with an initial investment around 400 million SAR.
The new facility carefully located at KAEC industrial valley combining the excellent location, close proximity to major markets and cities, utilizing a nearby port for potential imports / exports activities, benefiting from a modern infrastructure for utilities and energy services.
SAJ was handling all related contractor management including planning, quality, scheduling and coordinate with other stockholders to resolve issues and conflicts
SAJ deployed a team of professionals and engineers at site to be available on a daily basses.
The project is currently in the tasting and commissioning phase in preparation for commercial production.
UFMC United Feed Manufacturing Company
SAJ has been the Project Management + Equipment Installation contractor
The United Feed Mill Company is planning to construct and operate an Animal Feed Factory with annual capacity of 1.3-1.5 MT in the King Fahd Industrial Port, Yanbu, under the name of United Feed Manufacturing Company, with a target of manufacturing and supplying food for farm animals using the latest technology and machinery for automatic production
The main supplier of equipment is Buhler Switzerland
The project contains ships unloaders from the port , materials conveyors , head house , and grain silos for storage in addition to the main factory. Investment of 600 Million SAR
Bio Acid Project
Cost reduction and cost to complete services
Saudi Bio-acids Company (SBC) intends to establish a Citric Acid plant in Jeddah 3 Industrial Area. With a Capacity of Citric Acid of 60 metric ton per day Monohydrate and /or Anhydrous Citric Acid using feed stock of Raw sugar (VHP sugar).
SBC has appointed KASEL Eng. And Kear and Associated since April 2012.
Civil work started on the project and some technical packages with equipment reached different progress status., as per latest from SBC project is currently at claimed 55%. Progress.Total Project cost Exp. 500+ Million SAR

Grain Silos Technology
SAJ Team has worked with STOLZ from France in Grain Silos Project and supervision the installation, commissioning of various equipment and conveyor.
PEPSI – AL GOSAIBI BOTTLING PROJECT
We executed a project with Pepsi & Al Gosaibi Bottling project at Al Khobar which amounting to SAR 15 mn and includes Refurbishment of existing Bottling Facility and Storage Area, installation of Bottling Machinery for their Expansion Program including but not limited to Installation of Conveyor Belts, Installation of Carbonate Bottling Machinery, Deployment of Safety and Security System, etc.
TBC Project – Wave 2
The Ministry of Education and Tatweer Building Company has launched the RFP to procure 60 Schools and associated facilities in and around Madinah City using PPP Framework.
The Project consist of Design, Build, Finance, Maintain and transfer of 60 schools. The construction period is 39 months from Financial closure and Maintenance period is 20 years from handover.
Our Client Nesma Company Limited is one of the qualified Bidder.
SAJ was engaged as Bid Advisor and responsible to Coordinate with various stakeholders such as EPC Contractor, FM Contractor, Architect, FF&E provider, MEP, Civil and Fire Engineers, Market Advisor, Financial advisor alongwith Bid Management Committee of Client Side.
Operate and Maintenance of Passenger Boarding Bridges
General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) floats the RFP for Operate and Maintain the 94 Passengers Boarding Bridges (PBBs) and other associated equipment such as GPU, PCA etc. in Terminal 1 of the King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah.
Our Client National Airport Development Company along with it’s holding company Nesma Company Limited has approached us to identify the suitable international partner for this project and prepare and submit the Bid.
SAJ has negotiated with multiple company and bring the top international operators on board and close the negotiation with one of the international partner.
SAJ undertake the Feasibility study, Financial Modelling, Preparation of Technical Bid, Financial Bid, Finalization of Joint Development Agreement between Nesma, NAD and International Partner.
